I recently ordered some ON 100% Casein protein my, my morning and, before-bed shake to try out the flavor… I have to say this is the BEST Casein shake ive ever tried, ive tried some NASTY ones too. It hardly had any clumpyness whatsoever. Nevertheless on top of that it tasted GREAT for Casein product. Dont get me wrong, its no Muscle Milk, but it was avery good flavor. Mixability: 8/10 - Shook it for about 30 seconds and didnt have any clumps to speak of. Texture: 8/10 - Definately more chalky then ..[more].

I'm 20% done with this experiment and so far so good. Breakfast has been the most challenging meal so far. I go to the gym 3 mornings a week and most of my typical on the go breakfast meals that can be prepared at work contain cheese. I love Kashi Go Lean but I can't eat it every day! The pancakes that I like contain whey so they are out. For now I am alternating between cereal and plain grits with chicken.
